Not only do I want your cake to look good and have a professional presentation we think it important that it taste good; a cake you and your guests will enjoy.

We offer a variety of cake flavors and fillings. My signature cake is a White-Sourcream with a European Raspberry filling, and White Chocolate Moussiline buttercream icing.

An appointment for consultation is available Tuesday-Friday, day or evening and some weekends. You will be able to view display cakes, and my portfolio of Buttercream, White Chocolate Fondant, Groom, and cakes designed for couples that had a specific theme. At that time you will be able to taste the five most favorite flavors.
